Exercise is the fountain of youth. Having an active body helps fight deadly diseases such as coronary heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, and obesity. Routine and consistency are important when it comes to working out. Join us in our daily guided workouts with demo videos so you can make sure you are doing each movement properly. Each demo video will also provide modifications of each movement for all levels of fitness. Each workout can be performed at home with minimal equipment. Workouts will typically take 30 minutes to complete.

There is an undeniable health crisis unfolding in our country. Since the early 1990’s obesity has reached epidemic levels and has shown no sign of slowing down. Between our busy lifestyles, processed fast foods that are always available, and constant commercials and media promoting high fat and high sugar foods, our knowledge base is skewed leaving many headed down the wrong path with nutrition. I believe with proper knowledge and SUPPORT, reversing this epidemic is entirely possible!
We live in the age of information. If you want to start eating healthy but have NO idea where to start, you're not alone. We are going to simplify eating healthy. Upon request, I will send you an extensive macro assessment questionnaire. Based on your answers, I will send you appropriate macros to follow based on your goals. We will be learning how to track macros through one of my favorite macro tracking apps, Nutritionix. This app is free and can be downloaded from your app store.
You will learn how to track macros, when you should or shouldn't have certain foods, the affects certain foods have on the body and much more! My hope is that you can learn and spread this knowledge to others. I will also be sharing weekly macro friendly recipes, meal prep ideas and as much information as I can about healthy eating. Most importantly, you're going to have accountability through daily check ins and inspiration from other members of the group. Whether you want to lose 150lbs or want to add more muscle and curves, it's important we have the courage to start on this journey.
ACCOUNTABILITY
When it comes to changing your eating habits and implementing an exercise program sometimes you just need an extra push in the right direction. Eating habits are especially challenging to change since many of these habits were taught early in life. In Body by Kai you will find supportive women who are making the exact same changes you are! Through mutual support and idea sharing we can all make permanent changes in our eating habits and consistently get a workout in!
1:1 DIET COACHING
For those of you who need a specific meal plan tailored to you, we offer 1:1 diet coaching. A coach from our team can set up an introduction call and assess your lifestyle, activity levels, and current eating habits. Based on that initial introduction, we will give you a specific meal plan based on your needs and goals. Your coach will be in touch with you multiple times a week via text. They will answer questions and make sure you’re staying on track. You will have a private weekly check in with your coach where they will record your weight, body measurements, and progress photos. As you move towards your goals, your coach will adjust your meal plan accordingly to keep you headed in the right direction.
